What is a good sound or motion activated spy camera?

Can someone tell me a spy camera with a motion or sound activation, and it has to be small so they dont find out, i want to know if my girlfriend is cheating on me, and i dont want people to tell me i should trust her or w/e, just tell me the camera info, thanks
